How we build these PDFs
Most free general awareness PDFs are a list of facts grouped by topic. These are built differently. Every fact follows the same shape, so once you can read one page you can read all 258.
A spine for each subject, not one format for everything
Polity is written as a rulebook, because articles have numbers and an order. The space programme is a chronicle, because it moves forward from 1975. Schemes and the economy are a ledger. Awards are an honours list. Art and culture follow heritage. Sports and geography use a scoreboard. 7 spines across 10 parts, each chosen to match how that subject behaves.
Every fact carries its grid
SSC rarely asks what a mission is. It asks which body ran it and under which ministry. So all 264 facts carry the same grid: ministry, body, implementer, law, headquarters and date. 259 of them name the responsible ministry and 54 name a place.
Facts arrive with their neighbours
Article 54 covers the election of the President. On the same page you also get Article 63, which creates the Vice President, and Article 77, which runs the daily business of government. There are 182 of these attached facts across the set, so you can still answer when the exam asks about the article next door.
Repeat questions are marked with the years
99 facts carry a tag naming the years they have already been asked. When time is short, that tag tells you what to read first.
The question sits under the fact, not at the back
Each of the 264 facts is followed straight away by a check question. You find out whether you understood it while you are still looking at it.
